S.T.S. Hardware Anchors
Make more stones for your Steel-To-Stone Dumbbell Handle.
Every pair of Atlas Stones needs its own pair of anchors cast into it. Your handle comes with one pair, and each extra Hardware Anchor Pair allows you make one dumbbell. The anchors are permanently set into the concrete, and your handle bolts on and off whenever you want to switch stones.
Instead of buying a separate handle for every pair of stones, add anchor pairs and move one handle between them. Build a progression of stone sizes and weights to increase or decrease the difficulty of your training while keeping the same Thomas Inch Dumbbell diameter handle.
What's Included
- One pair of hardware anchors (one for each stone)
How It Works
Setting the anchors
- Unbolt your handle from your current stones.
- Bolt the new anchors onto each end of the handle.
- Fill your Atlas Stone mold with concrete and set the handle on top so one anchor sits in the concrete. The handle holds the anchor in the correct position while the concrete sets.
- Once the stone cures, unbolt the handle. The anchor stays permanently in the stone.
- Repeat with the second anchor to make the matching stone.
Safety Information
The Steel To Stone Dumbbell Handle is not intended for overhead lifting. It is designed specifically as a deadlift grip challenge.
Drop the stone-loaded handle onto several layers of thick rubber flooring or rubber pads. Do not drop it directly onto concrete or other hard surfaces.
Concrete stones can crack or become damaged from repeated drops and impacts. Inspect the stones and anchors regularly to ensure they are tight, and discontinue use if you see cracking, damage, or other signs of failure.
