S.T.S. Inch Dumbbell Handle
A stone-loaded training handle for the Thomas Inch Dumbbell.
Many athletes use our Thomas Inch Trainer to build up to the Thomas Inch Dumbbell. The Steel To Stone Dumbbell Handle gives you another way to train for it. The handle has the same 2.375" diameter as our Thomas Inch Dumbbell Replica and bolts to a pair of concrete Atlas Stones that you pour yourself.
Includes one pair of hardware anchors, enough for one pair of stones. If you choose, you can add additional Hardware Anchor Pairs to make more stones and use the same handle with all of them. Or, you can purchase additional handles and leave them bolted to the stones.

How It Works
The Steel To Stone Dumbbell Handle is one handle you can use with multiple pairs of Atlas Stones.
Putting the handle into your mold:
Your handle arrives fully assembled, with an anchor attached to each end. Fill your Atlas Stone mold with concrete, then set the handle on top so one anchor sits in the concrete. The handle acts as a guide, holding the anchor in the correct position while the concrete sets. Once the stone cures, unbolt the handle using the included tools. The anchor stays in the stone, and the second anchor is still attached to the other end of the handle, ready for your next stone.
Moving your handle between stones:
Each pair of stones has its own pair of anchors, so the handle can be unbolted from one pair and bolted to another. Instead of buying a separate handle for every pair of stones, add a Steel To Stone Hardware Anchor Pair for each additional pair you want to make. This lets you build a progression of stone sizes and weights, increasing or decreasing the difficulty of your training with the same handle.
Safety Information
The Steel To Stone Dumbbell Handle is not intended for overhead lifting. It is designed specifically as a deadlift grip challenge.
Drop the stone-loaded handle onto several layers of thick rubber flooring or rubber pads. Do not drop it directly onto concrete or other hard surfaces.
Concrete stones can crack or become damaged from repeated drops and impacts. Inspect the stones and anchors regularly to ensure they are tight, and discontinue use if you see cracking, damage, or other signs of failure.
